My personal business background is characterized by a combination of executive positions in the furniture and construction supply industry and more than 25 years of experience as a partner in two of the major Executive Search firms in Germany.
In 2013 I have founded my own company. As a result I can offer broad knowledge in my focus industries and sound understanding especially of the challenges German “Hidden Champions” have to face in global markets.
